Over the years, as the word got around about the effectiveness of my coaching, demand for my coaching services became difficult to fill. Plus, not everyone can afford individual coaching. So I started looking for ways that I could help more people with ADHD effectively and at a low cost.

That’s where my online programs began. I started analysing what strategies and tools were the most in need from my own experience with personal clients and realized that certain issues were pretty universal among adults with ADHD – especially around productivity at work. Of course, strategies to improve your productivity at work, can also be used at home. I began to develop programs to address these issues.

The materials sit in a members’ portal and when you enroll, you get your own login and password. You’ll also receive weekly emails with your mission for the week. These emails provide you with valuable information such as your weekly mission, some additional information about the last week’s mission, access information and more.

These weekly emails serve not only to guide you but also as reminders to return to the portal for your next lesson.

Lessons are constructed based on some of the best training strategies for ADHDers. Each week you learn one small strategy that has a significant impact. It may have some awareness-building exercise to complete that take into account your own personal uniqueness, or specific step-by-step instructions on how to implement what you just learned into your personal and work life.

Most material is offered in several options. You can choose to read, listen to audio recordings or watch videos. You can download and print the pdf or word documents or download the audio files to your listening devices. Videos can only be streamed but don’t worry, you’ll have access to all the materials for years to come. Plus, I’m a lifelong learner and as such, I’m always improving my programs. When you purchase one of my online programs, you’ll have access to them and the updated version for decades to come. So you can take your time and return as often as you want.

Most modules require about 1 to 2 hours of study a week to digest the information. You may want to set aside 2 or 3 hours for that, though to make sure you have time to complete the missions. Awareness-building exercises and actual implementation steps are usually integrated into your life. Some exercises can require a few hours such as the first time you begin the planning process in Achieve.

These email-directed programs last between 8 and 12 weeks to complete and cost less than $200.
